Edmonton
Edmonton Summer Festival – Pymmes Park, London 25 July 2015

This small scale fundraising event was a tremendous success, with individuals coming out to support small local businesses and NGOs like Changing Cases.

The novelty muffins were admired by all the children who tried to persuade their parents to buy an edible shoe or edible teddy bear, some of whom succeeded in getting their own way.

The all time favorite was of course the Jamaican rum cake; and the croissants also went down a treat.

Allergy Show
Allergy and Free From Show – Olympia, London 3 – 5 July 2015 The launch of Changing Cases took place this week at the Olympia in London, where Juanita had the opportunity to showcase her culinary talents by providing a variety of homemade goods. She baked and decorated hundreds of cakes and muffins featuring an American and Jamaican twist. All items were egg, dairy and gluten free but packed full of flavor. The attendees’ favorite was definitely the Jamaican rum cake, which was enjoyed by parent and child alike.
